WORK. It’s a time-consuming business –  I know, because I used to work in an office.

So how did I become a fitness instructor?

I’ve always had a passion for Health and Fitness. When I was a youngster I wanted to be the best. I demanded high standards of myself and others.

I still do.

And being stuck in the 9 to 5 grind (I worked in the legal profession, since you ask) made me realise that I can make a difference to others.

We’ve all been there, haven’t we? You work in an office, on the road, run around after kids or simply cannot find time to get to the gym?

Don’t worry…that’s where I come in.

I have helped transform the lives and habits of scores of people, including office workers, cleaners models, academy footballers and even Premier League linesmen.

Using due care, dedication, motivation and no shortage of hard work, I have helped them towards achieving their aims and goals.
